Some steps, such as provider review and prescription processing, are essential for safety and accuracy. While we move as efficiently as possible, these steps can’t always be completed instantly.
Our goal is to do this the right way and keep you informed every step of the way.
After you complete your intake, your information is reviewed by a licensed healthcare professional to determine appropriate next steps. An independent, licensed provider will assess your request and medical history to decide whether treatment is appropriate.
Any prescription is issued at the provider’s independent medical discretion following a clinical evaluation. Selecting a preference does not guarantee that you will receive a prescription.
You’ll receive updates by email and through your patient account so you can stay informed throughout the process.
The KINSYN Care Team includes U.S. licensed physicians and nurse practitioners, each fully vetted through license verification and comprehensive background checks.

How does getting started work?Start by taking a short health quiz so a licensed provider can review your health history and goals. If appropriate, a personalized plan is created and supported through ongoing check-ins and care coordination. From there, you gain access to your personalized wellness portal, where you can sync medical records, wearables, lab results, and more to get a clearer picture of your health.

How do I enroll in the Subscribe & Save option for supplements?Enrolling is easy and designed to fit seamlessly into your routine. When purchasing eligible KINSYN supplements, you’ll see the Subscribe & Save option on the product page. Simply select it and continue through checkout as usual. Once enrolled, your supplements will be charged and delivered automatically so you never miss a dose. You can view your subscription details anytime by logging into your KINSYN account.
Once your order has been approved and prepared, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details. Shipping timelines vary based on processing time, location, and carrier availability.
How do I check my order status?You can view your order status and tracking information directly in your patient account as soon as it’s available.
What should I do if my package arrives damaged?If your order arrives damaged or compromised, please contact Support with your order number so we can help resolve it quickly.
Why has my tracking not updated yet?Tracking may not update immediately after a shipping label is created. This is normal and usually resolves once the carrier scans the package.
What if my order seems delayed?Occasional delays can happen due to carrier volume, weather, or regional issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact Support and we’ll review it with you.
Can I return my order?We’re unable to accept returns for medications or products. All sales are final. If you believe there was an error with your shipment, please contact us so we can help.
Do I need to be home to sign for my order?No, in order to maintain convenience for our members, we do not require signatures.

Is KINSYN covered by insurance?No. KINSYN services, products, and medications are not covered by insurance at this time.
What if I do not recognize a charge?If something doesn’t look right, please reach out to Support. We’ll review it together and help clarify.
What payment methods are accepted?We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We’ll be adding more payment options in the coming months. HSA/FSA cards are not accepted at this time. However, you may submit a detailed receipt to your healthcare provider after purchase, though eligibility cannot be guaranteed.
You can update your address and payment details directly in your patient account. Please note that address changes may not apply to orders already in progress.

We collect information about your medical history in two ways.
First, you complete a short health quiz to share your symptoms and health history with us. This includes details such as your name, date of birth, address, and contact information. A provider will review this information to determine your eligibility for care. This step is required before your intake can move forward.
Second, you can strengthen your profile by uploading medical records in the patient portal. We may also aggregate records from participating U.S. healthcare facilities, when available. You can link wearables and add lab results to further enhance your profile, giving you and your provider a clearer picture of your health.
Uploading additional records is optional and not required to receive care.
Is my information secure?Yes. We take your privacy and security seriously. Your information is securely collected and handled in accordance with applicable standards, including HIPAA. You can review our Privacy Policy for more details.
Do I need to upload documents or medical records?No. At this time, all required information is entered during the quiz. You do not need to upload external documents unless you’re specifically asked to do so. You also don’t need to link your medical records once you’re in the portal.
You can update your payment method or adjust your products at any time by logging into your account and navigating to Account → Subscription.

Can I cancel my Membership?Yes. You can cancel your Membership at any time in accordance with the terms shared at checkout. You’ll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
When will my next prescription refill be processed?Refills are typically processed about 30 days after your initial order, unless your provider adjusts your care plan or you update your account.
How do I cancel my Subscribe & Save subscription?You can update your payment method or cancel your subscription at any time in your account under Account → Subscription, or by contacting our Care Team at Support@kinsyn.com or via chat.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again. To avoid your next renewal, please cancel at least 72 hours before your billing date.
Why do I need to cancel my prescription before the 30-day mark?Refills begin processing before shipment to help ensure continuity of care and on-time delivery. Once processing has started, we’re unable to stop or reverse the refill.
How does prescription cancellation timing work?To avoid a refill charge, cancellations must be submitted before your next refill begins processing. Because refills are prepared in advance, we recommend canceling at least 72 hours before your scheduled refill date.
How will I know when my prescription refill is coming up?You’ll receive a notification before your refill is processed, giving you time to review your plan or make changes if needed.
What happens if I cancel after my prescription refill is processed?If you cancel after a refill has begun processing, that refill will still be fulfilled and billed. Your cancellation will apply to future refills.
Can I access my information later if I pause or cancel?Yes. You can continue to access your account information based on your plan and access level. If you have questions about ongoing access, Contact Support.
Where do I manage my prescription cancellation?You can manage cancellations or pauses directly in your account. If you need help, our Care Team is available to assist.
