Lab diagnostics at KINSYN provide clinically guided insights into what’s happening inside your body so care decisions are informed, personalized, and proactive. We have several lab offerings designed to meet a range of needs. We have two comprehensive blood draw options (Basic and Advanced), which must be completed at a partner lab.
Our Basic Lab Panel includes 50 biomarkers that provide a comprehensive baseline view of metabolic, thyroid, cardiovascular, and organ health. Designed as a foundational wellness assessment, it helps identify trends in blood sugar, cholesterol, iron status, thyroid function, and nutritional health, offering a clear snapshot of how your body is functioning day to day.
Our Advanced Lab Panel includes all markers from the Basic Panel and expands testing to 100 total biomarkers, providing a more comprehensive view of cardiovascular risk, hormone balance, nutrient status, inflammation, and metabolic health. Designed as a complete optimization assessment, it helps uncover advanced cardiac risk signals, hormonal and adrenal patterns, nutrient deficiencies, metabolic stress, heavy metal exposure, and cancer related screening markers.
If you choose the Basic or Advanced Lab Panel, you can further personalize your testing with Add-On Panels designed to explore specific health questions in more depth. These optional panels allow you to tailor your labs based on symptoms, history, or areas you want to understand more fully.
Available Add-On Panels include:
Finally, we offer at-home options that test biomarkers with a finger prick. Our Health panel gives insight into your unique nutrition and biological systems health by testing +110 biomarkers for vitamins, antioxidants, healthy fats, amino acids, and toxins, as well as inflammation rates, oxidative stress, and neurocognitive factors.
Our Biological Age panel is an advanced epigenetic test that reveals how old your body truly is at the cellular level and how fast you’re aging each year. Using 75+ longevity biomarkers, it analyzes DNA methylation patterns to generate a highly accurate biological age score, along with insights into the aging of 11 key organ systems, including the brain, heart, and liver. The test also includes a Pace of Aging report, showing how quickly your body is aging right now. No prescription or lab visit required—your at-home kit is delivered directly to your door.
You can buy one or both of these without a prescription or lab visit. Your at-home kit is delivered directly to your door.
What’s the difference between the partner lab and at home option? The partner lab option uses traditional blood testing drawn at a lab to measure real-time biomarkers like cholesterol, blood sugar, hormones, inflammation, organ function and many more. These tests are useful for evaluating current health status, some genetic predisposition and identifying active imbalances that may need treatment, monitoring or an advanced insight to your health.
The at-home option uses a simple blood spot card to perform epigenetic testing, which looks at DNA methylation patterns to estimate biological age and long-term aging trends. Rather than measuring day-to-day lab values, it focuses on how the body is aging at a cellular level and how lifestyle and metabolic factors may be influencing long-term health.
Both options provide valuable but different insights, and many people choose to use them together for a more complete picture of current health and long-term risk.
How is KINSYN’s approach to lab diagnostics different? Many lab experiences feel transactional - numbers without context. At KINSYN, labs are part of a bigger picture. We don’t just collect results; we help interpret them through a clinical lens that considers symptoms, lifestyle, and goals so results actually lead somewhere.
We also offer different tiers for people with different needs. We have a Basic and Advanced option that measures a range of biomarkers at a partner lab, which requires a blood draw, and we also offer an at home finger prick option.
How often are these labs offered? These are offered once per year.
What is the lab subscription offering?Any lab option you select will enroll you in an annual subscription that gives 10% off your order. You can opt out at any time by logging into your account and navigating to Account → Subscription. What role do labs play in care decisions? When clinically appropriate, lab results can help:
Labs are a tool, not a diagnosis on their own, and are always reviewed in context.
Are lab diagnostics medically supervised?Yes. All lab testing is ordered and reviewed by licensed healthcare providers. Results are evaluated alongside your history and goals before any recommendations are made.

Are lab diagnostics safe?Yes. Lab diagnostics are generally safe and widely used in clinical care. Tests are selected thoughtfully and only when medically appropriate.
What types of insights can labs provide?Depending on your care plan, labs may offer insight into:
